Job Description

Check the bank statement of JP Morgan Bank A/Cs and in liaison with HQs for the JP Morgan Bank related matters on daily basis.
Do the fund matched and assign payment in CBS system
Account Receivable checking and reporting and in liaison with HQ for the AR related matters.
SEATRADE Co-Load Fee checking and Reporting.
Create and render the Commission, Agency Fee, Fund Application, Disbursement and General Statement of Accounts to HQ in CBS system.
Checking Cash and Bank balance in TIMS system. Submitting Manual payment, checking and approving payments and weekly and monthly budget in TIMS. Daily payments directly confirm in TIMS.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure accurate financial information exchange and alignment of financial goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management to contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Job Requirement

LCCI certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
At least two years experiences in the related field.
Good communication skills in English and Speaking Chinese are more welcome.
Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles related to the shipping industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well in a team.

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
