Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years accounting experience (construction preferred).
- Experience with Odoo software.
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and Excel proficiency.
- Able to travel when required.
Job Descriptions
- Handle daily cash requests and advance settlements.
- Record all cash transactions in the cash book.
- Check documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting files.
- Monitor project budgets and report variances to ACA.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Odoo Accounting.
- Use MS Office for daily tasks and reporting.
- Perform daily cash book entries.
- Assist in trial balance preparation and financial closing with ACA.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
