Job Requirements
- Any graduated
- Can accept fresh graduated.
- Have 1 or 2 years-experience as office staff.
- Knowledge in principle and practice of basic office management procedures
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills including MS package
Job Descriptions
- Check the plant compound for safe and clean work environment.
- Assist the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of the office supplies.
- Check fuel record and calculating driver overtime.
- Assist to manage and handle daily car usage and driver assignment.
- Carry out admin duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Communicate to Government Offices (i.e, applying licence and certificate, visa,…)
- Assist and arrange to pay for Billings.
- Coordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment, including copier, computer, toilet, etc.
- Assist travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, hotel or restaurant reservation, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data.
- Have to follow Company rules and regulations, policy and procedures.
- Cooperate with other departments in Admin matters.
- Performs additional tasks and duties that may occasionally be required.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
