Job Requirements

  • Any graduated
  • Can accept fresh graduated.
  • Have 1 or 2 years-experience as office staff.
  • Knowledge in principle and practice of basic office management procedures
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills including MS package

 

Job Descriptions

  • Check the plant compound for safe and clean work environment.
  • Assist the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of the office supplies.
  • Check fuel record and calculating driver overtime.
  • Assist to manage and handle daily car usage and driver assignment.
  • Carry out admin duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Communicate to Government Offices (i.e, applying licence and certificate, visa,…)
  • Assist and arrange to pay for Billings.
  • Coordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment, including copier, computer, toilet, etc.
  • Assist travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, hotel or restaurant reservation, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data.
  • Have to follow Company rules and regulations, policy and procedures.
  • Cooperate with other departments in Admin matters.
  • Performs additional tasks and duties that may occasionally be required.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
