- 3-4 years working experience in Admin Management (Preferred to work at Telecom compa-nies).
- Must have good communication skill.
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels.
- Positive attitude and work with under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Job Description
- To prepare filing and document control, maintaining the office supplies, office letter in/out
- To prepare monthly electricity bill, water bill regularly.
- To organize and prepare for stationery and office maintenance issues.
- To maintain physical and digital record for employment contracts, personal profile of employee.
- To keep record for vehicle control and monitor for vehicles maintenance.
- To record weekly and monthly meeting minute and report to the superior regularly.
- To maintain day-to-day operations such as internet assets, domains, phone lines, air condition-ing, generators, printer and others office supply checks.
- Ensure all office area are clean, secure, cared for and well maintained.
- Perform in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary.
- Supervise in all of Admin concerned area.
- Other duties assigned by Admin Manager.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(alter), Sunday & Public Holidays
