Job Description
• ပြင်ပ အစိုးရဌာနများ၊ အဖွဲ.အစည်းများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ရသော ကိစ္စများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• လိုင်စင်များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ၊ သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်း ၊ bill ဆောင်ခြင်းစသော ကိစ္စများအား စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း ။
• Uniform အထည်များ စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း ။
• ရုံးအမိန့်စာများနှင့် ညွှန်ကြားစာများထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်း။
• Office Equipment များ (ဖုန်း ၊ Copier ၊Aircon၊ Computer ၊ Stationary ၊ မီးစက်စသည်. ) ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ပုံသေပိုင်ပစ္စည်းများထိန်းသိမ်းကာကွယ်ပေးခြင်း။
• ရုံးတွင်းရုံးပြင် သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းရေးကိစ္စများစီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်း။
• လုံခြုံရေးကိစ္စများစီစစ်ခြင်း။
• ရုံးသုံးစာရေးကိရိယာများ ၊ အဆောက်အဦး ၊ ပရိဘောဂများ ၊ ယာဉ်နှင့်စက်ပစ္စည်းများ ထိန်းသိမ်း စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း ၊၀ယ်ယူခြင်း ။
• ရုံးမှစီစဉ်ပေးထားသည့် အဆောက်အဦးတွင် နေသည့်ဝန်ထမ်းများအား နေရေးအဆင်ပြေရန် စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း ။
• ရုံးသုံးကားများ အဆင်ပြေမှုရှိစေရန် ကားကြံ့ခိုင်မှု သန့်ရှင်းမှု ရှိစေရေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း ။
• ဖယ်ရီနှင့် ဖယ်ရီလမ်းကြောင်း အဆင်ပြေကောင်းမွန်အောင်စီစဉ်ဆောင် ရွက်ပေးခြင်း ။
• လစဉ် ကားအသုံးပြုမှုကုန်ကျစရိတ် နှင့် ဆီစာရင်းတင်ပေးခြင်း ။
• ဝန်ထမ်းကဒ်များစီစစ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း ။
• ဝန်ထမ်းထမင်းကျွေး အစီစဉ်များအား ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အညီ သန့်ရှင်း အဆင်ပြေအောင် စီမံပေးခြင်း။
Job Requirements
• ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး (၃)နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• People Management Skill အများနှင့်အလုပ်လုပ်ရခြင်းကိုနှစ်သက်ရမည်။
• Coordination Skill ရှိရမည်။ Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Communication Skill ကောင်းရမည်။ ကိုယ်ရည်ကိုယ်သွေးနှင့်ဆက်ဆံရေး အထူးကောင်းမွန် ရမည်။
• Positive Thinking (အကောင်းမြင်သဘောထား)ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အလုပ်တာဝန်များပြားသည့်အခြေအနေတွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer နှင့် Internet Skill အထူးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
