Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions processing, visa assistance, or related roles in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of international admission and visa requirements for major study destinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Burmese.
  • High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • A passion for supporting students in achieving their international education goals.

Job Descriptions 

  • Process and manage student applications from submission to outcome in collaboration with counsellors and admission teams.
  • Ensure all student documents meet the entry requirements and standards of partner institutions.
  • Maintain active communication with international admission offices to track application progress and provide updates.
  • Prepare and review application materials, including offer letters, CoEs, and other required documentation.
  • Assist students with visa applications by providing accurate information on visa procedures, documentation, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with students to collect necessary financial and academic documents for visa lodgment.
  • Ensure compliance with all institutional and immigration requirements during the admission and visa process.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system and internal databases.
  • Communicate with the counselling and management teams regarding application status and potential issues.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to stay up to date with current admission and visa regulations for key study destinations (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand).
  • Provide professional and timely customer service to students and partners.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist with other administrative duties and support company initiatives as assigned by management.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
