Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a Assistant Manager position.
• Experience in fleet management, office supply procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance claims, and procurement processes.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, service providers, and government agencies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Job Descriptions

• License with other government organizations for Company business.
• To ensure Office Communication Channels such PABX Phone line and Internet lines are in good condition.
• Monitors cost and expense to assist in budget preparation.
• Provides supplies by identifying office needs, maintaining equipment.
• Purchases materials by negotiating price, quality, and delivery and getting invoices.
• Prepare and maintain Admin policies and practice and ensure organizational compliance with relevant Myanmar Laws.
• Review current policies and practices of the organization regularly. Involve in the modification and development of policies and regulations.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset list and conduct physical check from time to time to ensure the existence and condition of the assets.
• Manage vehicle lease, maintenance and assignment to ensure vehicles and are properly utilised and the fuel is consumed reasonably.
• Maintain the condition for all company owned or leased properties, apartments, warehouse and equipment.
• Handle insurance procedures of Company Properties .
• Act as primary contact to arrange lease, maintenance or any necessary contracts under the scope of office administration.
• Assist to Chairman & CEO & COO for foreign expertise’s travelling arrangement, including accommodation, visa application and travel reimbursement control.
• Prepare Weekly , Monthly Reports to UMBU FD.
• To carry out any other duty and responsibilities as may be reasonable of an Admin Manager position.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
