Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree
- Minimum 3 Yrs experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing
- Well communicate in English
- FMCG experience is advantage
- Analytical skill, Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill
Job Descriptions
- Develop the Trade marketing strategies, Trade marketing plan include new-product development launch implementation, in-store communication strategies and below the line executions of all the products portfolio.
- Manage day to day operational activities including monitoring of trade marketing / channel performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support on ATL and BTL activities projects/day to day operation to make sure on execution at the trade activities meet to the objectives with the brand guild line and timeline.
- Co-lead new project implementation plans, working closely to the brand marketing teams and customers relationship (RTM) team.
- Developing an understanding of the drivers of trade and channel dynamic growth and brand health each trade/ channel / area and identifying key issues and opportunities.
- Developing of POSM to implements in specific channels / areas with consistency with brand guideline.
- Accountable for the analysis of trade activities performances by constantly evaluating performance against measurable objectives.
- Tracking retail audit and deep analyze / identify brand performances and issues related with provide the solutions.
- Monitor budgets spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
