Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management
PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
3–5 years of project management experience in a related field
Computer Literacy in MS Office and AutoCAD (2D)
Strong project planning and scheduling skills using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
Budget management and cost control
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
5+ years in project management roles in related or similar industry
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Job Descriptions

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Define project objectives and success criteria.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead and manage the project team, including assigning roles and responsibilities.
Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide guidance.
Ensure effective collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure projects adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
Review and approve project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee inspections and ensure timely resolution of any quality issues.

Working Hours: 8:15AM ~ 4:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
