Job Descriptions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and sales forecasting.
- Develop sales & Marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial analysis for solar projects for Negotiation terms and close deals with clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, partners.
- Present solar product offerings and solutions to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of solar installations.
- Customer Support & After-Sales Service:
- Address customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with the technical team to resolve post-sales issues.
- Team management and leading for developing the team in order to meet the sales targeted
- Report to Management Team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy), or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales & marketing field as Manager level, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Experience in B2B/B2G solar sales
- Strong understanding of solar energy products and solar policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of government incentives and regulations related to solar energy.
- Willingness to travel within in Myanmar.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for project field).
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday(WFH)
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
