Job Description
- Discuss the vehicle problem with the customer
- Explain and sell MST service with a good manner of well understanding
- Communicate and determine customers’ needs to sell the parts and services
- Coordinate with Parts team and Service Team for Costing
- Follow-up while the repair is in the progress
- Solving the customer complaints promptly
- Issue the Invoice to Customer by caring Customer Satisfaction
- Develop communication skill to reinforce customer relationship.
- Preparing Quotation and deliver to customer
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 4:30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
