Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and ensure consistent brand positioning for engine oil products in Myanmar.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and trade promotions) to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends for brand growth.
- Manage product portfolio, pricing strategy, and promotional activities in coordination with the sales and distribution teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and service centers to drive market penetration.
- Oversee brand communications, advertising materials, packaging design, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor brand performance by analyzing sales reports, market share, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with international suppliers, ensuring product knowledge, brand alignment, and local market adaptation.
- Lead and develop the marketing team to execute brand-building activities effectively.
- Represent the company brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or a related field
- Strong ability in Strategic Sales & Marketing Planning
- Proven Leadership and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Must be willing and able to travel
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
