Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Event Management, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in branding, event management, or store decoration.
Experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative with an excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic graphic design and digital marketing knowledge are an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and event/visual merchandising tools.

Job Descriptions

Plan, organize, and execute branding activities and promotional events.
Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
Design and implement store decoration and visual merchandising aligned with campaigns and seasons.
Create and manage event materials, signage, and displays for both events and stores.
Ensure brand consistency across all events, marketing materials, and store environments.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, merchandising, and external partners for cohesive delivery.
Manage budgets and track expenses for branding, events, and store decoration projects.
Collect feedback and report on event performance and store decoration impact.
Support digital marketing efforts related to branding and event promotion.

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
