Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support related to internet connectivity, billing inquiries, service requests, and general information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or messaging platforms.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for internet-related issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in the telecom or ISP industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of internet services and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom or internet service provider sector.
- Ability to communicate in both Burmese and English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM To 5:00 PM (Rotational shifts, including weekends)
Holidays: ၃ရက်ဆင်း ၂ ရက်နားရပါမည်
