Job Description

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Supervise day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, payroll)
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Oversee compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Prepare product profitability analysis
Prepare and analyze Group financial statements and individual retail outlet financial statements
Review all account reconciliations (bank, inventory, receivables, payables)
Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
Manage and develop accounting team (10–15 staff)
Conduct training on accounting systems and new regulations
Oversee compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports (tax filings, withholding tax, etc.)
Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
Develop accounting manuals and standard operating procedures
Submit of monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports to BODs and HODs.

Job Requirements

B.Com or any Graduate with CPA, DIFR or ACCA
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in managerial role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
