Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
- 5 to 10 years in financial management and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications & accounting Software
- Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, credit card transactions.
- Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitoring cash and investment balances and performing cash flow forecasting
- Ensuring all finance and accounting operations comply with generally accepted accounting principles
- Overseeing the annual audit
- Analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Manage the finical statement
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
