Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting/finance experience
- Ability to manage multiple business units (Export, Factory, oversea).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing currency transactions and international banking
Job Descriptions
- Prepare/review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Coordinate with oversea team (stock, cash, expenses).
- Review invoicing for oversea revenue.
- Oversee closings & intercompany reconciliations.
- Supervise senior accountants (Factory & Export).
- Manage GL, journals, chart of accounts.
- Ensure timely tax return submissions.
- Supervise & mentor AP, AR, GL, junior staff.
- Strengthen internal controls & policies.
- Manage banking & treasury compliance.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws & export regulations.
- File & liaise with IRD (returns, inquiries, meetings).
- Provide financial analysis & reports as needed.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
