Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate or have completed school.
- 2 years experience in related field.
- Conduct activities related to customer satisfaction.
- Receive customer inquiry calls. If there is a customer complaint, listen to the customer’s concerns and report to the relevant department to handle the complaint.
- Make reminder phone calls to daily appointment customers every morning.
- Re-confirm customer appointments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Service Department manager.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
