Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the consumer electronics or appliance repair industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer electronic appliances and their repair processes (a plus).
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Fluency in Burmese and English languages (written and spoken).
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
