Justification
Required to lead the expansion of our in-house engineering capabilities. This role is critical to oversee the upcoming and existing project and to manage dev team.
Purpose of the Job
To oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of web and mobile applications while managing the transition to AI-integrated development workflows.
Job Descriptions
- Lead the technical team in upgrading legacy platforms and building new mobile solutions using Flutter.
- Architect and deploy the new projects and services.
- Implement and manage the internal project management ecosystem to ensure visibility for executive leadership.
- Mentor staff on event-driven and microservice architectures, and on integrating local AI models into development processes to improve coding efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- Experience: 4+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with enterprise-grade portals and mobile frameworks is essential.
- Other Key Skills & Relevant Experience: Strong proficiency in Java, PHP, .Net and Flutter (for mobile). Experience with local AI/LLM integration and Open-source tools is highly preferred.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
