Job Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Proven experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in the education or migration industry is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the digital marketing team, ensuring efficient workflow and performance.
Oversee content strategy, including social media, video, and campaign messaging, to maintain brand consistency.
Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI, and provide data-driven insights and reports to management.
Collaborate with sales, admissions, and external partners to improve lead conversion and customer journey.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
