Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools.
- Knowledge of social media ad platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Tik Tok & YouTube).
- Manage paid ads and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROI.
- Edit marketing videos for social medias.
- Create short-form videos for TikTok.
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements.
- Produce project showcase videos, installation progress, customer testimonials
- Manage and grow company social media platforms.
- Schedule posts, videos, and campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
- Work with design and sales teams to create marketing content.
- Ensure consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
- Support event, tender, and project marketing materials.
- Generate digital leads and share with sales team.
- Track lead sources and conversion performance.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Drone video handling and editing.
- Motion graphics basics.
- Experience in B2B or technical industries (solar, construction, telecom).
- Quality and quantity of video content produced.
- Engagement and reach of video posts.
- Leads generated through video campaigns.
- Cost per lead and conversion rate.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
