Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
- At least (2) years of MEP drafting experiences
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and other drafting software
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Familiar with building regulations and code of practices from authorities
- Familiar with high-rise building design and installation
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting
- Effective Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Good Attitudes and Adaptability in Workplace
Job Responsibilities
- To create detailed MEP drawings using Revit/BIM, AutoCAD and other drafting tools
- To collaborate with the engineering team to create conceptual drawings, shop drawings, combined service drawings, detailed design drawings and as-built drawings for all MEP systems
- To ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
- To prepare accurate and clear drawings and schematics for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- To take off BOQ and estimate quotations for approved MEP system design drawing
- To review design specifications, measurements and drawings to participate in the process of solving on site problems or design changes
- To set up and maintain all drawings and documents in a standard format to ensure consistency and readability
- To liaise with QS for drawing and design concepts
- To collaborate with the MEP design team to ensure accurate representation of design concepts
- To collaborates with site engineers to assist related sub-contractors for site installation issue when acquiring information
- To participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy of drawings
- To maintain organized drawing database and documentations
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
