Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication (English and Burmese)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Tasks)
  • Ability to multitask and follow through
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and coordination

Job Descriptions

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar – schedule, confirm, and adjust meetings.

Prepare meeting agendas in advance and ensure they are included in calendar invites.

Record meeting minutes and ensure timely documentation (within 24 hours).

Maintain and organize all minutes in the Google Drive folder structure.

  • Daily Task Alignment & Reporting

Track all action items from meetings across departments.

Ensure every task has a clear owner, timeline, and deliverable.

Submit a Daily Task Alignment Report to CEO, including:

Key actions by department and status

Overdue or delayed tasks with reasons

Upcoming critical tasks (3-day outlook)

EA follow-up status for task completion

Follow up with respective managers to close the task loop daily.

Internal & Cross-functional Coordination

Facilitate coordination between Sales, Service, Finance, BD, Procurement, and HR.

Organize regular internal and cross-functional sync meetings for alignment:

Sales ↔ Service: Dispatch coordination and delivery issues

Sales ↔ Finance: Customer credit/payment planning

Service ↔ Procurement: Spare part and warranty claims alignment

  • Communication & Drafting

Draft professional emails, memos, reports, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.

Ensure effective communication between Director and team members.

  • Documentation & Workflow Tracking

Maintain trackers for project progress, strategic initiatives, and operational tasks.

Create and update shared documents, SOPs, and follow-up dashboards.

  • Special Assignments

Support Director in special projects such as investor presentations, market research, delegation prep, and vendor coordination.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
