Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of F&B management experience, ideally in boutique or wellness cafés.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Skilled in multi-channel operations (in-store, takeaway, meal plans).
- Excellent people management and customer service skills.
- High attention to brand alignment in both service and aesthetics.
- Adaptable, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Role Overview:
- Lead daily food & beverage operations at Café, a wellness-driven concept spotlighting konjac innovation.
- Ensure smooth service across dine-in, takeaway, and subscription meal channels, while upholding brand quality and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage café operations across dine-in, takeaway, and subscription meal services.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to deliver wellness-aligned service.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking with approved suppliers.
- Maintain quality, presentation, and freshness of all offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and support VIP and wellness-focused clientele.
- Coordinate with kitchen, marketing, and event teams for promotions and activations.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : A Day per week
