Job Requirements
- B.com, ACCA (or) CPA Preferred.
- Have Knowledge of ERP (or) SAP system and other relevant accounting System.
- Mature Candidate
- At least (5) years of progressive experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis or Financial Reporting required.
- Exposure to manufacturing organizations and standard costing systems
- Strong knowledge of tax auditing and tax calculation process.
- Strong knowledge of monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information
ensures the accuracy of financial statements
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing financial policies and procedure of the organization
- Planning and preparing weekly financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization
- Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and all supplier, customer payments.
- Monitor Local law related finance process and daily exchange rate.
- Monitor and check all of the Costs, Expense and stock and fix assets.
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities
- Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
- Ensure the check and review for contract, service report, Performa Invoice, receipt etc.
- Ensure to lead get the valuable supplier for the purchasing items.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Ensure to lead the foreign delivery process for purchasing items and arrange for payment process.
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, Performa invoices etc.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
