Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior operational roles.
- Proven track record in managing diverse business operations, preferably within a corporate group.
- Experience in at electrical power distribution & transmission sector and trading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Financial acumen for cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
- Must thrive in project planning and working with project teams internationally.
- Managing JV investments with State-Owned Enterprises.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the corporate group’s overall goals.
- Oversee the formulation and execution of business plans for each sector.
- Ensure alignment and integration of operations across different business units.
- Implement and drive initiatives for existing business growth, expansion, and innovation.
- Identify new opportunities and analysis the business/ project condition.
- Manage operations across all sectors, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policy standards, and best practices.
- Monitor financial performance of each business unit.
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Manage relationships with internal department and external key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support business growth.
- Report to BOD
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (WFH), Sunday & Public Holidays
