We are a leading snack manufacturing company, producing quality potato chips, various bean and corn-based snacks for the local markets. With strong production capabilities and a commitment to excellence, we operate through well-established departments including Production, Quality Control, Maintenance & Engineering, Research & Development, Warehouse, Procurement and Administration & Human Resources.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our factory. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all departments, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, driving innovation, and achieving production and business targets.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of all departments: Production, Quality Control, Maintenance & Engineering, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement and Admin & HR.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers to achieve company objectives.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Coordinate with senior management on production plans, product development, and market demand.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/snack production, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.
