Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fisheries, Marine Science, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in corporate operations or aquaculture/island-based facility management
- Proficiency in English or Korean is required (Myanmar language skills are an advantage)
Job Description
- Oversee overall operations and strategic planning of the Myanmar legal entity
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the island-based seaweed farm site
- Establish and supervise seaweed cultivation and harvesting systems
- Supervise site personnel, including local workers and fishermen
- Strengthen relationships and collaborate with local communities, fishermen, and regional authorities
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental sustainability standards
- Develop risk management and emergency response plans
- Maintain clear communication and strategic reporting with the head office
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
