- Teamwork ရှိရှိဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး၊ အလုပ်အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံမရှိလည်းလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
