Job Requriements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
    Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5-10 years of experience in sales management or senior sales positions.
    Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing large sales teams.
    Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team to reach their goals.
    Skilled at providing constructive feedback, training, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
    Open-mindedness, Customer-oriented mindset and excellent skills at building relationships with clients and internal teams.
    Proficient in analyzing sales data, KPIs, and market trends to inform decisions.
    Comfortable with digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media sales strategies, particularly if applicable to the industry.
    Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong team player who works well with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance).

Job Description

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall company goals and market conditions.
  • Identify target customers and create tailored approaches to serve sell-out (key accounts, mid-size customers, smaller sizes, retail channel, medical channel).
  • Adapt strategies in response to changing market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Set long-term and short-term sales objectives to meet revenue growth targets.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and foster a high-performance sales hunting culture.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talents, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to improve team performance and knowledge.
  • Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress through performance evaluations and regular feedback.
  • Motivate and guide sales representatives to meet and exceed their quotas.
  • Guide and manage the BA team assisted by Sell-out Specialist.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, analyzing data and KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sales volume, revenue); maximize ROI on sales initiatives.
  • Ensure sales quotas and goals are met or exceeded, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and performance data.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Forecast sales performance, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with major clients or potential customers, especially on annual trade terms and agreement.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work with product teams to provide feedback from the market and customers, helping to inform product development and innovation.
  • Coordinate with customer service and support to ensure smooth post-sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between the sales team and other departments to create a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives.
  • Work with Campus team for order forecasts, PO placing, logistics management of incoming shipments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to adjust sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in their offerings.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the market, including new locations.
  • Ensure effective sales processes and methodologies are followed, with a focus on efficiency and results.
  • Ensure key accounts are respecting trade terms and point of sales are following signed agreements in terms of displays and purchase.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
  • Introduce and enforce best practices in lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
  • Provide detailed sales reports to the executive team, offering insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to align sales goals with company-wide objectives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new business opportunities and markets.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies;
  • Conduct proper due diligence before engaging with a new potential customer;
  • Uphold ethical sales practices, ensuring integrity and transparency in all client interactions.

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday& Public Holidays
