Requirements
- Any graduated.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR/Admin field (more prefer HR experience)
- Must be able to use computers (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong knowledge of HRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, filing systems, and document control.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
