Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR/Admin field (more prefer HR experience)
  • Must be able to use computers (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong knowledge of HRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Organize employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, filing systems, and document control.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
