Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Admin & HR Assistant or similar roles in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in English and Myanmar.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to research online.
  • Ability to communicate formally in emails.
  • Understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of grant management and HR processes is a plus.

Job Descriptions

Office Administration:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure their availability when needed.
  • Handle general office maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance services.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and clients.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean office environment.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare new employee paperwork and conduct orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by gathering feedback and updating records.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sat (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
