Job Description

  • To conduct recruitment & selection end to end process
  • To record Resignation & Termination, Transfer and New Employee Lists
  • To Deal with Government Office such as Labor Office for employment contract or other submission as necessary
  • Staff overtime calculation by daily, monthly.
  • Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, leave, late and absent.
  • To conduct SSB calculation and SSB claim process.
  • To assist workshop, training & assist collecting the training documentation (Training Registration, Training Evaluation, etc.)
  • To handle HR expenses & Prepare Regular Reports on Expense and Office Budgets
  • Admin related payment submission such as monthly internet/phone bill and office supplies.
  • To coordinate and organize with HR/AD team for events (such as donation, any activities for employees, annual trip)
  • Providing Administration support to all staff

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
