Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree or related in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Must have minimum 3 year working experiences in HR/Admin field.
• Strong attention to detail and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good healthy & Good Personal Hygiene.
• Family with Microsoft office, internet & Email.
• Able to work under pressure and must be result oriented.
Job Descriptions
• To plan recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs and career events.
• Provide support during the onboarding process, Including document collection, offer letter and orientation coordination.
• Assist with employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and leave management.
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, leave records and attendance data both hard copy and soft copy.
• Arrange car routes for going in and out of each department way.
• To contact with government sector and Health and Safety in the working environment
• Check and Maintain to building & Services and also vehicle.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
