Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Managerial Experience at least 5 years.
  • Must be familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and regulations governing Human Resources.
  • Ability to work with Head of Departments and managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
  • Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • HR software system knowledge and skills.

HR Job Description

  • Prepare and develop HR & Administration’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations and practices for the entire company. (NOT – AUDIT)
  • Manage and assist in proposing HR related strategies, initiatives, development, training & development plan, compensation & benefits programs, performance evaluation, and employee’s need and opportunities, employee relations, organizational development, and employment.
  • Operate all of the HR functions such as Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, and Reward & Relation for all department of company.
  • Specially design and manage recruitment & selection procedures including interviews and tests to fill vacant of all positions, and then implement the processes in order to reduce surplus and shortage.
  • Manage and negotiate compliance with all staff’s employment related Labor laws & regulations, and then components of union contracts.
  • Contribute in designing the pay structure including bonus, allowance, overtime, SSB, Salary Income Tax … and monitoring that the structure is effective and efficient in order to attract, retain, and motivate the employees and controlling the budget.
  • Establish, document, and provide employees with measurable performance criteria, and construct and update job descriptions.
  • Analyze and supervise the competitive compensation plan, and determine & report the company’s salary define, and then participate in the company’s goals, objectives, and methods for evaluating achievement and performance levels.
  • Coordinate’s implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Human Resources Director and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
  • Negotiating with all managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Checking the daily attendance, leave, bonus, overtime, late, and fine of all staffs, and then calculating the monthly salary of all staffs. Contributing in designing the performance management system and development the appraisal forms, then implementing the programs with the respective managers of the company.
  • Manage each of the staff’s data & information, and monitoring & regulating Health and Safety of all staffs.
  • Solving others emergency matters concerning with Human Resources and Administration.
  • Operate and monitor all of the administrations such as making bonds of the security and safety of the office’s building, cars, purchasing and general cases.
  • Prepare and Report to HR Director for daily report and urgent emergency cases to approve or made decisions. Manage and estimate monthly & yearly office expenditures and propose operational components of the HR budget.
  • Leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Admin Job Description

  • Manage in the administration’s Rules and regulations, Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage and supervise to the Driver’s daily and long trip driving ways and arrange can go staffs outgoing cases with office cars.
  • Supervise and always check to the inventory and stocks quantity balance in Stationary.
  • Supervise Record & Copy for all office’s documentations and other emergency requirements.
  • Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Sending out and receiving Government letter and packages for the company.
  • Send and search faxes and Research and the identification of key data sources.
  • Ordering and receiving food deliveries.
  • Manage for the guest’s hotel rooms and other requirement, Visiting & Name Card for all levels.
  • Manage and supervise extension of length of time part of the company documents and other requirements.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
