Job Requirements 

  • Must hold an HR Diploma or Certificate.
  • Must be proficient in employee relations and HR management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Must have good moral character and a strong interest in the job.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Better HR Software.

Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Check and record attendance records, manage leave requests, absence tracking, as well as Payroll.
  • Prepare and manage Employee Contracts.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance review records.
  • Admin process and other Ad hoc task.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
