Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree (or) HR Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field.
- Able to use microsoft office (Word, Excel, email)
- Must have good personality, communication skill and team work skill.
Job Descriptions
- Salary Calculate, SSB Process, EC Contract Process.
- Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, filling paperwork, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee.
- Maintaining and updating employees’ particular.
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets for weekly, monthly basic
- Administering employee leave record and time & attendance.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisiting in interview process.
- Maintaining employees’ databases. Preparing new employee files.
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays”
