Job Description
• Salary Calculate, SSB Process, EC Contract Process
• Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, filling paperwork,completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee.
• Maintaining and updating employees’ particular.
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets for weekly, monthly basic
Other arrangement regarding with HR services, medical checkup, insurance and etc.
• Administering employee leave record and time & attendance.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
• Scheduling job interviews and assisiting in interview process.
• Maintaining employees’ databases. Preparing new employee files.
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday (Alternative),Sunday & Public Holidays
