Job Description
- Collect CV Form and filling in interview databases.
- Assist interview process and schedule.
- Scan and maintain personal profile for all department employees.
- Maintains Employee Bank Account and Document.
- Weekly new employee meeting arrange.
- Prepare Letter for Probation announce internally.
- Prepare and issue Staff ID Card.
- Enroll New Employees data & review HR system.
- Check and receive leave form according to HR rules.
- Effective Supporting to be smooth operation.
- Prepare and submit documents required by township labor office.
- Assist and prepare document government related affairs including tax and SSB, etc.
- Daily/Weekly, Monthly reporting to Assistant Manager
Job Requriment
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 years’ above experience Recruitment field.
- Good Computer skill.
- Good in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
- Must be knowledge in Government labor laws.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
- Good active listening communication skills.
- Detail oriented and good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Working Hours:8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
Benefits ; Attendance Bonus + Performance Bonus (2 times per year)
