Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Certificate / Diploma ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့ကြုံ (3) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- HR လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများ အားလုံးကို သိရှိ နားလည်ပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု အားကောင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ တိုးတက်မှုများ အပေါ် စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Recruitment & Selection ပိုင်း တွင် CV များ စုဆောင်းခြင်း၊ အင်တာဗျူးခြင်းနှင့် လစာညှိနှိုင်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Payroll နှင့် Attendance များ၊ ခွင့်ကိစ္စများ၊ Overtime ကိစ္စရပ်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရပါမည်။
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
