Job Requirements
- Any graduate/HR : Diploma (or) Certificate ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR Officer (or) Executive level ဖြင့် လုပ်သက်အနည်းဆုံး(၂)နှစ်အထက် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR စည်းမျည်း/စည်းကမ်းများနှင့် အလုပ်သမားဥပဒေများကို နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Recruitment & Selection, Attendance, SSB, Contract, Payroll, HR Function များအားလုံး နားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်။
- Leadership skill နှင့် Teamwork ကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာသိရှိပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- အသက် ( ၃ဝ – ၃၇) နှစ် အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
