Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferable.
Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Age between 35 to 45 years old.
At least 6 years of HR Management experience (Manufacturing & Trading Industry Preferable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Familiar with Myanmar laws and regulations, its terms, and conditions.
Establish policies and procedures, rules, and regulations compliance with the labor law.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Preferable at the manufacturing background.
Excellent in MS Office and management skills and reporting skills.
Must be good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills and able to build and maintain good relations.
Salary can negotiate upon skills & experience.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Hlaingthaya Township Only Ferry will be provided
