Job Requirements
- Any Graduate with HR diploma
- At lease 5 years experience in manufacturing field as HR Manager
- Managing HR and Admin responsibilities;
- Managing Payroll, employee attendance, employee advances and settlements;
- Good knowledge of Myanmar’s Labor Laws;
- Able to manage and arrange transportations for employees and manages Company’s owned vehicles;
- Able to arrange temporary labours, shift labours, calculations of overtime work, settlement of wages;
- Laison with SEZ Office and other administration office;
- Monitoring license and contracts with different agencies (Fuel, car licenses, other contracts and agreements under the HR and Admin responsibilities);
- Good communication skills in English and Burmese;
- Previous experience of 8-10 years at least;
- Able to communicate with different Immigration departments (MoFA, visa extensions, Visa requirements for different embassies);
- Monitor and manages admin requirements in Company relating to Canteen, other areas;
- Other responsibilities which Company may deem fit which comes under HR and Admin profile;
- Long Term commitment with the Company.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays
