Job Requirement
- At least (2) years’ experience in related roles.
- Any Graduate (More prefer Diploma or Certified Human Resources)
- Can handle matters related to the government offices. (Such as Labour Office, SSB Process, Income Tax process, etc…)
- Good at communication skill and teamwork skill.
- Able to use Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power point, outlook).
Job Description
- Maintain and update employee personal file and records
- Check and record attendance, Leaves, Salary etc
- Recruitment and selection process
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Admin process and other Ad hoc task
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
