Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree with Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
