Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Occupational Health & Safety Engineering, Experience in 3 years & above
- Good command in English, both written & verbal
- Strong knowledge of local safety laws, Labor regulations and international safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and safety management systems
Job Descriptions
- Monitor, Analyze, and report safety performance indicators to management, recommending improvements.
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders regarding occupational health and safety compliance.
- Lead investigations of workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory’s safety management system in line with legal requirements and company standards.
- Oversee hazardous materials and waste management, ensuring proper handling, storage and disposal.
- Develop and enforce factory-wide safety policies, guidelines and training programs to build a strong safety culture.
Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 4:20PM
