Job Descriptions
- Handle incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, walk-in).
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and coordinate with warehouse & logistics for delivery.
- Support field sales team by following up with customers and processing documents.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
- Manage after-sales service and customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock availability and provide product information to customers.
- Assist Sales Manager with daily reporting and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma/degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tele sales, or sales support (automotive parts experience is an advantage).
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Team player with positive working attitude
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette holidays
