Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design studies, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior design or related fields.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray; familiarity with additional current tools is a plus
- Good conceptual design and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and collaborate effectively with senior and junior team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Job Descriptions
- Develop creative design concepts and participate in design presentations for clients, in collaboration with the Senior Designer.
- Produce detailed design drawings, including layouts, elevations, and 3D models, that adhere to company standards.
- Independently handle design tasks for smaller projects or specific areas of larger projects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer in space planning, material selection, and furniture sourcing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure the design intent is carried through to project implementation.
- Provide support to the Senior Designer in managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and assist Junior Designers, providing feedback and guidance on their work.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and ensure design solutions are being correctly implemented.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
