  • B.Com, LCCI Level (III).
  • At least 3 Years’ experience in Internal Audit field.
  • Financial Statements များအားစစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်၊၊

Job Descriptions

  • လုပ်ငန်း၏ ကုန်ပစ္စည်း အဝင်အထွက်များအားလုံးသည် အထောက်အထားခိုင်လုံမှုရှိ၊မရှိ ၊ ကျိုးကြောင်းဆီလျော်မှုရှိ ၊ မရှိ သက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူ၏ အတည်ပြုလက်မှတ်ပါမပါ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • ဘဏ်စာရင်းအဝင်အထွက် လက်ကျန်များအား SQL Software တွင် ရေးသွင်းထားသော စာရင်းများနှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • လတစ်လ ကုန်ဆုံးချိန်တွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်စာရင်းနှင့် ငွေလက်ကျန်စာရင်းအား မြေပြင် လက်ကျန်စာရင်းနှင့် ကိုက်ညီခြင်းရှိ မရှိ မျက်မြင်ကောက်ယူစစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • Van ကားအရောင်းစာရင်းများနှင့် Van ကားပေါ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်အား ၁၅ ရက်လျှင်တစ်ကြိမ် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • Finance Department မှ ထုတ်ပြန်သော Financial Report (Statement of Profit (or) Loss and Statement for Financial Position) တွင် ရေးသွင်းထားသော စာရင်းခေါင်းစဉ်များအားလုံးသည် တိကျမှန်ကန်မှုရှိ၊ မရှိ ဆီလျော်ခြင်း ရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • BOD & Finance Department သို့ တွေ့ရှိချက်များအား ရေးသားထားသည့် Audit Report အား ပေးပို့ရန်။ ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားချက်အပေါ်တွင်မူတည်၍ အကြံပြုချက်ပေးရန်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းတွင်း မမျှော်လင့်သော ဆုံးရှုံးနစ်နာမှုများ လျော့နည်းစေရန် (သို့မဟုတ်) ပပျောက်စေရန် အတွက် လိုအပ်သောအချက်များ အချိန်မီပြင်ဆင်ရမည့် အချက်များအား BOD သို့ တင်ပြရန်။
  • လုပ်ငန်း၏ ငွေအဝင်အထွက်များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထောက်အထားခိုင်လုံမှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ နှင့် ကျိုးကြောင်းဆီလျော်မှုရှိမရှိအား စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • လုပ်ငန်း၏ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအဝယ်များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းမှာယူထားသောစာရင်း (Purchase Order) (Packing Lists) (Commercial Invoice) တို့အား SQL Software ထဲသို့ ရေးသွင်းထားသော စာရင်းများ၏ မှန်ကန်မှု၊ တိကျမှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • ကုန်အရောင်းစာရင်းများအား လုပ်ငန်းမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော လျှော့ဈေးပမာဏများ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းများ အတိုင်း ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
